CONFLICT RESOLUTION & NEGOTIATIONS

This workshop is designed to support participants in further honing their conflict management and negotiation skills. Participants will have an opportunity to:

• Explore ways to effectively anticipate, respond to, manage, and resolve conflict
• Examine characteristics of effective negotiators
• Gain enhanced clarity regarding the strengths and potential pitfalls of their own negotiation style
• Learn strategies to improve their negotiation power
