Workshop Description and Learning Outcomes

This workshop is designed to equip participants to engage, lead, and work effectively with people across differences. It aims to develop participants' understanding and ability to:

• Listen, empathize, connect, and respond with compassion
• Distinguish the difference between differences, acceptance, and dignity
• Recognize forces of structural intolerance
• Refrain from acting on implicit favortism
• Understand the components of and ways to demonstrate humility
