• Understanding and appropriately managing one's own interpersonal needs and behavior in ways that do not negatively impact others
• Techniques for increasing assertiveness and speaking up against harmful behaviors
• Ways to foster respect and acceptance
• Suggested practices for handling incidents of alleged sexual harassment
