Focus and objectives:
Participants will have an opportunity to learn how to effectively:
Developing an Effective Leadership Style (Day 1 • 6.5 hrs)
- Manage and leverage their personality and interaction style
- Enhance decision-making
- Anticipate, respond constructively, and resolve conflict
- Connect/work more effectively with, influence, provide direction, and inspire others
Performance Management and Coaching (Day 2 • 3.5 hrs)
- Establish a performance management system
- Give and receive feedback
- Coach and develop staff
Team Work and Service Excellence (Day 2 PM • 3.0 hrs)
- Foster a culture that encourages team work and serving clients and each other with excellence
Communications for Professionals (Day 3 PM • 3.5 hrs)
- Listen/receive, retrieve, and pass on information accurately and with consistency
- Organize and deliver messages in a compelling manner that captures and maintains others’ attention
- Prepare for, facilitate, and follow-up after meetings
