During this highly interactive workshop, participants will have an opportunity to explore core elements of their essence and leadership style. They will be coached to consider ways to leverage and manage their authentic self to increase their satisfaction with life, overall effectiveness, and ability to influence others.


Career Transition Program

This interactive career transition workshop and coaching experience engages participants in self-discovery activities designed to increase their self-agency skills as they learn more about their unique essence, passion, talents, and purpose.Participants will have an opportunity to learn:

  • How their core preferences and personality impacts their interactions, values, gifted abilities, and preferred work tasks and environment
  • How to tap into and build a life that is consistent with and ignites their core
  • How to develop a impelling personal vision that propels them beyond circumstances
  • How to effectively manage their self in relation to others and their desired aspirations

Workshop Description and Learning Outcomes

This workshop is designed to equip participants to engage, lead, and work effectively with people across differences. It aims to develop participants’ understanding and ability to:

  • Listen, empathize, connect, and respond with compassion
  • Distinguish the difference between differences, acceptance, and dignity
  • Recognize forces of structural intolerance
  • Refrain from acting on implicit favortism
  • Understand the components of and ways to demonstrate humility

  • How temperament can impact instructional style
  • How temperament can predispose people to have a preferred learning focus, style, and feedback mode

Human Dignity Workshop Focusing on Prevention of Sexual Harassment & Abusive Conduct

This workplace human dignity workshop provides participants an opportunity to increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities related to establishing and maintaining a harassment-free workplace with specific focus on:

  • The legal and practical implications of sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace
  • The definition of sexual harassment and abusive conduct
  • Identifying behaviors that are offensive and considered to be acts of harassment and unfair
  • Managing favortism and attraction in the workplace
  • Understanding and appropriately managing one’s own interpersonal needs and behavior in ways that do not negatively impact others
  • Techniques for increasing assertiveness and speaking up against harmful behaviors
  • Ways to foster respect and acceptance
  • Suggested practices for handling incidents of alleged sexual harassment

Maintaining high performing teams in the midst of change

This workshop is designed to help leaders develop strategies to lead effectively and maintain high performing teams in the midst of turbulent external and internal organizational change. Participants will have an opportunity to learn strategies to:

This workshop is designed to equip participants with tools and frameworks to successful develop a strategic plan. Participants will have an opportunity to learn:

  • How a strategic plan can be used to align goals, objectives, work functions, and resources
  • Who should serve on a strategic planning committee
  • Key elements and processes essential to developing a strategic plan
  • How to conduct a SWOT Analysis
  • How to develop mission focused strategies and performance objectives
  • How to identify and draft performance objectives to address infrastructure and disciplines required for organizational effectiveness
  • How to develop a strategic plan communication process, progress tracking system and report card
