Workshop Description and Learning Outcomes
This workshop is designed to equip participants to engage, lead, and work effectively with people across differences. It aims to develop participants' understanding and ability to:
- Listen, empathize, connect, and respond with compassion
- Distinguish the difference between diversity, inclusion, and equity
- Recognize forces of structural racism
- Refrain from acting on implicit biases
- Understand the components of and ways to demonstrate cultural humility
